PAYMENT TERMS

First package fee payment should be made directly to STARSplash! after a Coach/Trainer has been assigned and the assignment has been confirmed.

No refund will be made once registration is confirmed or in any case that you cannot attend the remaining session(s).

An application that is accepted is not transferable to other person(s) or future courses.
MAKE - UP POLICY

Private Classes: Make-Up sessions may be scheduled within the month for Clients/Students when they are unable to attend a scheduled Session.

Please be present for your scheduled Make-Up Session, otherwise, it will be considered forfeiture. We do not Make-Up a Make-Up Session.

Group Class: Should there be absentee(s) from the Group Session, there will be no Make-Up Session or compensation for that Client/Student(s).
PLEASE TAKE NOTE

There are certain months in the calendar year with a 5th week and these dates are 29, 30 & 31. There will be no Sessions on these three days.

There will be no Sessions on Public Holidays.
TERMINATION POLICY

If you wish to terminate your / your child’s Training/Swimming program, please kindly give two week's notice via email to STARSplash! at admin@starsplashsg.com, otherwise, a month's fees is chargeable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Should the instructor be unavailable for a particular Session (applicable to private and group lessons), he or she is liable and wholly responsible for making alternative arrangements with the Clients/Students.

In the case of inclement weather halfway through a lesson, the lesson will be considered as conducted.
